PARTNERSHIP RESOLUTION

We REYMANDO S. MACUSANG, with address at Unit 112, Bldg. 6, Condo I,

Maharlika Village Taguig City and MUJIV S. HATAMAN with address at #40
Byron St., Filinvest II, Batasan Hills Quezon City after being duly sworn in
accordance with law, certify as follows:

1. We are duly elected and qualified as Partners of J2 Homeshape

Builders Co (the “ Partnership”), a partnership duly registered with the
Securities and Exchange Commission under SEC registration No.
PP201508706.

2. At a meeting of the Partners held on 01 January 2018, during which a

quorum was present throughout, the following resolutions were adopted:

RESOLVED that the Partnership will file for the cancellation/termination

of its business with Certificate of Registration OCN No. 9RC0000362490
issued on May 16, 2013 at Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) RDO 044.

3. RESOLVED that Reymando Macusang was authorized to supervise

authorization letter, special power of attorney and other related
documents for or in behalf of the Partnership in particular J2 Homeshape
Builders Co. in general.

4. RESOLVED further that the person named below is hereby authorized to

transact, sign and execute any and all documents and perform all actions
necessary and desirable file for the cancellation/termination of its business
with Certificate of Registration OCN No. 9RC0000362490 issued on May
16, 2013 at Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) RDO 044.
