FINDINGS :
1. the first spool piece of the discharge is corroded from the outside incl. 1 1/4" flange and reducer 1 1/4"*3"
(see pic.1 in the attachment)

2. Maintenance already replaced a part of this spool due to a leakage at the weld on the elbow ( see pic.1 in
the attachment) , repaired one leaking elbow & another still leaking.

3. According to the UT measurement on this line the average min. thickness is 3.35 mm - 3.9 mm. ;
Original wall thickness was 5.49mm

RECOMMENDATIONS :
1. Renew the line , due to low UT thickness and possibility of more leaks from pitting inside.
2. The valves can be re-used , but must be checked and serviced.
3. The PI must be checked/serviced or be renewed.
