FINDINGS :

.) Tank roof, shell, structurals, pad etc generally in good condition.

.) Bottom also seem to be in good condition except for some spots with localized pitting corrosion.
.) A few floor sheets were found not resting on tank pad.
.) Thickness measurements on roof, shell, floor were found good.

RECOMMENDATIONS :
1) Bottom plates: Wire- brush clean and weld fill marked localized pits on tank floor (+/- 30 spots)
2) Roof underside: Gritblast roof underside, roof support beams and rafters, top 50 cm of shell and coat,
(Carboline carboguard 893) 4 - 6 mils DFT
3) Tank pad: Currently the tank has settled a bit, as a result, the rain water is entering below the tank bottom
plate. It is recommended to chip out and finish the concrete so as to slope the tank pad to direct the rain water
away from the bottom plate. After thet it is recommended to seal the annular space between the bottom toe
plate and pad.
4) Clean the tank floor free of corrosion scales fallen from the roof to facilitate floor scanning.
