Purchasing Local Products

 Local products are cheaper


 It does not involve import/excise tax and delivery cost
 Helps to improve the economy because it has less effect on imports
 RM value will not decrease, making the price of some imported product cheap.
 Local products are reliable too, less hassle which might need extra cost like
returning cost for products purchased overseas
 The more we purchase local products, the more the manufactures will produce
them and this will bring the price down.

Candidate B
Having Prudent Spending Habits

 Do not buy on impulse


 stop buying unnecessary things
 Only purchased things listed on the shopping list
 Do not buy branded items
 Branded prices are expensive just because of the brand
 Buy during sales when they are discounts and buy online
 It saves money

Candidate C
Cutting Down on Utility Bills and Entertainment

 Use less electricity and water, you pay less


 Pay lower tariff saves a lot of money
 Using less electricity for example helps to prolong electrical products, thus you save
on repairing cost
 Limit yourself from going out.
 You do not need to spend on food and transportation
 Helps you to save money to be used on rainy days.

Candidate D
Looking for additional income

 Look for a part time job or do part time business


 Helps you to earn additional income
 The money earned can be used to sustain your living
 Part Time jobs provides more experiences and you may apply for better job
elsewhere
 When you spend time working, you do not have time to go out, so you save money
 Additional income enables you to save money which later can be invested so that
you can have passive income
