● Hofstede

With hofstede’s compare countries tools, we found out that Finland, Iceland, and Norway have the lowest
score on Masculinity aspect which match to the top 10 most gender equal country.

● Globe Project

Eastern Europe have the highest score on the minimization of gender inequality which the top 2 of the
most gender equal country are from Eastern Europe which are Iceland and Norway. Then followed by
Nordic Europe, Latin America, Southern Asian, and Anglo.

All the countries are in the top 5 of gender equal based on globe project except Rwanda that categorized
as Sub-saharan Africa which rank 4 from below.

Rwanda is one of the poorest country in the world. In this case, we looks at four areas in particular:
Health, Education, Economy and Politics.

In economy, Rwanda has one of the highest rates of female labour force participation in the world. So,
Rwanda help to keep women in work.

Based on this explanation, we can conclude that even Rwanda is one of the poorest countries in the world,
but Rwanda can reach a gender- equality.

● Nordic Europe

While the countries in the Nordic Europe, these economies have made it possible for more women in the
workplace, better work-life balance for both women and men, salary gaps between women and men
among the lowest in the world, and abundant opportunities for women to rise to position of leadership.
