Responsibilities

The committee will be responsiblefor motters reloted to the following :

worhers;this will include funding proposolsto be sent to government ogenciesor privote
orgonizotions. The Cellshouldconsultother relevqntcommitteesto decideon reloted issues;

a Estoblishingond promoting incubotionefforts

The Committeewill qlsobe responsible

for the following

Formulotingwell-definedproceduresfor submission,
review/sonction
of oll suchproposols;
Formulotingo policyfor lP-shoring; ,
Reviewingthe policieson IncomeGeneroting/Non-lncomeGeneroting/Consultoncy projects,
ossociqtedleove rules,ond potents;

lnstitute,the Deportment
ond the Divisionos opplicoble;

All proposolswill be submitted to the Choirperson(or Vice-Chqirperson),C-CAIRCell.These

will be reviewed by the Committee ond recommendedto the Director,strictlyfollowing the well-lqid
out procedures,by the C-CAIRCell.Any deviqtion hos to be forworded to the Director with specific
recommendotionond justificqtion.The decisionof the Directoron suchmotters will be finol.

All policiesformuloted by the Committee, ond ony chongethereofter, must be ionctioned by

the Director.

The existingpoliciesprocedureswill continueto opply till new policiesore formuloted.

It is expectedthqt oil policiesqre well-lqid out within six months of the issueof this order.
Thereofter the different Centres(other thon the Heod quorter) will form their own Cells,with the
Director'sopprovol, Choired by the Centre Heod ond with of leost one member eqch from Heqd
quorter ond other Centre (from the correspondingC-CAIRCell).The Cellsin the Centreswill function
in exoctlythe somewoy os loid out for the C-CAIRCellin this order.
