TRIP ITINERARY
DAY 01

Flight from Bangalore to Colombo

After an early morning flight we start our tour right away heading north from the
airport to cover three World Heritage Sites (WHS) over two days.

Dambulla & Kandalama: 
Colombo airport to Dambulla (roughly 3 hour drive)
Explore the WHS Golden Temple of Dambulla - pictured on previous slide
(roughly 2 hours)
Transfer to Kandalama (0.5 hours drive)
Explore the iconic 'Heritance Kandalama' (5* hotel designed by Geoffery
Bawa) pictured here (roughly 2 hours in the evening)
Overnight stay in 'Heritance Kandalama' 
DAY 02

Sigiriya & Kandy

Transfer to Sigiriya (0.5 hours drive) - Early start

Exploring the iconic WHS Ancient City of Sigiriya - pictured here (roughly 3
hours in the morning)  
Transfer to Sacred City of Kandy (3 hours drive)
Exploring the WHS Temple of the Tooth Relic (roughly 2 hours in the evening) -

DAY 03

DAY 04

DAY 06

DAY 07

Galle & Colombo

Free morning in Galle (for further exploring the street of Galle Dutch fort -
pictured here - shopping etc.)
Visit Hikkaduwa beach (optional)
Transfer to Colombo International airport (roughly 2.5 hour drive) 
Evening flight back to India
