    This is Cabay National High School, we are reporting to your good office the multiple LRN in the Learning
    Information System (LIS) of Cabay National High School due to this reasons:

    a. The Learner's records must be merged into one and the oldest LRN that was issued in 2011 must
    be used.

    b. The learner's basic information is subject for correction and we cannot update their profile not
    unless their LRN is being merged.

    We are humbly asking to grant our request and we hope for your immediate response upon this matter.
