Position : Regional Product Support Engineer South East Asia

Job Scope :
Provide technical and pre-after sales support to our customer in the South East Asia
region (Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Myanmar, Cambodia, Philippines), including
OEM and trade partners.

Main function would be to provide technical support in the form of pre-after sales
support for customers and end users: Pre-sales in the form of consultation of devices
to be used in HVAC and Fire & Safety application specific systems such as valve and
actuator matching used for the hydronic system as well as damper actuators used in
the ducting and ventilation systems, and fire damper actuators.

To provide advice on product compliance to certain standards requirement for the

specific application, such as UL555(S), IP, NEMA, EN, LEED, Greenmark and GBI,
etc. After sales includes on-site product technical support, including advanced device
functionality demonstration, product troubleshooting, basic installation and system
diagnosis, assistance during testing and commissioning, and keep a log report of all
the activities done after the deployment. Additionally, one of the job functions is to
support the Regional Sales Managers to provide seminars and technical presentation
of products of interest, provide training and demonstration for new products, and to
conduct market research in order to find new insights on requirements that could help
in better innovation in order to excel in the ever competitive market.
