1.4. Summary of the Business:

 Will be coming up with a new application which has all the Jewellery or
ornaments design ( gold, silver) of different jewellerry shops.

 In this application customers can upload their photos and can drag the product
which they like on their photo to know how the product is looking on her/his
face.

 Will be doing the marketing of this application on social media’s and will do tie
ups with different jewellery brands which will be easier to understand the choice
of the customers and will also help the customers to select the product which the
like being at home.

 Through this application customers can order their product online.

1.5 What is the business mission (the main purpose of the business):

 It will be easier for the customer to know which product to buy and of which brand by
being at home rather than going and visiting the shop.

 Through this customer can try various brands at once rather than visiting different
jewellery shops.

1.6 What is the business vision (where will the business be in one, three and five years):

 To Serve the Customers with excellent Jewellery product and services of different
brands.
 Trust
 Purity
 Quality
 While preserving the Heritage of royal Indian Tradition.

 To create values in memorable moments of People’s lives by offering beautiful designer


jewelleries that connects emotionally.

1.7. Describe the product(s) or service(s) the business is going to sell:

 The business (application) is going to sell the different jewellery product like
Necklace, Finger rings, Earing’s, Bracelets etc. in gold and silvers of different jewellery
brands.

1.8.Describe how the product(s) or service(s) will be sold:

 The service (application) will be sold through marketing in social media.


 It will also do tie ups with different jewellery brands so that the shop can tell the
customers to choose the product being at home rather than visiting the shop.
 Through this the application will be used by the shops as well as the customers for
buying and selling of the products.

1.9.What sets this business apart from the competition:

Is the Business’ product/service cheaper?

 Yes the service is cheaper, its just an application where the customer has to download
it in their mobile phone through which they can decide that which jewellery product of
which brand to buy.

Is the Business’ product/service better quality?

Yes, the service will be unique and of better quality because there is no such application
for buying online jewellerys by putting the jewellery product on their face and seeing
how it is looking on them, which will benefit the customers ( save time, and knowing
the charges of different jewellery shop at once).

Getting ideas of different jewellery product of different brands
Through this application it will help the shop to convey about their
different offers and designs which will come up in the future.
Application can be used in all seasons.

Change of customer taste.

 Opportunity:- Continuous expansion of online sale of jewellery’s.

Development of new product and brands.

Other online retailers that sell their jewellery online eg:- amazon.com.
