REGISTRATION GUIDE BOOK

• Introduction
BEASISWA 10.000 INTERNATIONALYOUTH SUMMIT is a program
organized under Beasiswa 10.000 Foundation. This program will be held on June
7th – June 11th 2019 in Seoul, South Korea. The event is open to people in and
outside of Indonesia ranging from 13-27 years old. The selected participants will
be fully facilitated and accommodated to join this event with the help of
foundation funds and sponsors.

• Applicants terms
• Applicants are Indonesian citizens / foreign citizens ranging from 13-27
years old.
• Applicants apply as a single individual.
• Applicants are obligated to follow the registration timeline.
• There are 2 options to register for Beasiswa 10.000 International Youth
Sumit, which are:
• FULLY FUNDED: if the applicants are selected after all the selection
phases, all expenses will be covered by Beasiswa 10.000 International
Youth Summit.
• SELF FUNDED: the applicants can join the program without having
to go through selection phases by transferring the fee (Rp. 13.000.000)
and fill the form.

• FULLY FUNDED option is divided into two, SOCIAL PROMOTE and

EXCLUSIVE.
• SOCIAL PROMOTE
Applicants are obligated to pay the registration fees:
• 18 March – 31 March : Rp. 100.000,-
• 01 April – 30 April : Rp. 125.000,-
 Applicants are obligated to do these set of rules:
• Follow @beasiswa10000 instagram account
• Add our official LINE account @beasiswa10000
• Share/repost the event poster on instagram and tag @beasiswa10000,
@ristekdikti, @badanbahasakemendikbud + 10 of your friends (the
account can’t be private)
• Upload poster on instagram story and tag @beasiswa10000,
@beasiswa10000, @ristekdikti, @badanbahasakemendikbud
• Like and share M-Power event on Beasiswa 10.000’s LINE homeline
to your 10 line groups. If you don’t have line, share to your 10
whatsapp groups.
APPLICANTS MUST SCREENSHOOT THE REQUIREMENTS
AND UPLOAD IT TO THE WEBSITE

Applicants are obligated to:

• Pay Rp. 150.000
• Fill the form on the website without having to do the requirements for
social promote (No need to share anything)
• No limited due date (March 18 – April 30)

• SELF FUNDED
Applicants are obligated to:
• Register for the self-funded program
• Transferring Rp. 13.000.000, and upload the transfer receipt to our
website
• Fill out the form.
• Self-funded applicants are automatically selected to join without
selection phase
