I went up to Paris with the mission of being the Ambassador Site Hotel in Paris!

This site specializes in the reservation of hotels in the capital and is part of
the same group that in Hotel, the site for which I work;) My mission? Test the
R.Kipling hotel, well located hotel to Pigalle and Montmartre, with a decoration
that I immediately liked: in an atmosphere of British colonies in the 19th century,
this is where I put my bags the one night :)

The hotel decor, designed by Christine Gerondeau gives its stamp to the 4-star. It
also makes a tribute to the writer Rudyard Kipling, we know for Jungle Book.

I loved spending the night in this very British institution, as imagined for a
gentleman. When I arrived around 17h, in a rainstorm, I was glad to settle warm!
Arriving too late for afternoon tea served in the hotel lounge between 14h and 17h,
I was seduced by the proposed wine tasting every evening between 18h and 20h also
in the lounge of the hotel. Champagne or ros, the choice was difficult, but I
ended up opting for the ros, so as not to finish the day one and tipsy;)

Then I spun rest in my room, small but cozy! Located on the first floor of the
building, it was very quiet, overlooking a courtyard, no worries regarding the
street noise. So I took a little time for me, to gather the courage to come out of
the hotel to eat, but also to enjoy the very nice room decoration! Big favorite
also for the retro phone, I really want to have the same at home :)

The next morning, in the hotel's basement, in an atmosphere there as very masculine
and Colonial, I made reservations for my marathon day! Breakfast very complete
buffet, with dairy, sweet, savory, pancakes and crepes too mioum ... Loved it! :)

In short, here is a nice discovery that this hotel! If you want to stay in a cozy
and relaxing hotel in the heart of Paris, I highly recommend! And besides, the
Moulin Rouge is located two minutes from the hotel)

As I was alone, I did not make a real restaurant or brasserie, I opted for nice
places to eat on the run, while focusing on quality! What I like in Paris, is that
the original concepts are everywhere, and you can eat well without breaking the
bank. So, I tested two unearthed addresses on Yelp to fill my stomach :)

As you know, I'm a fan of burgers. For me, a burger can be balanced, as long as you
choose and do not eat McDonalds every day) This is the side of Bioburger I went to
eat a good burger! As its name suggests, this brand offers only organic burgers.
The fries are homemade and drinks are offered only organic and homemade.

For my part, I opted for a burger Pepper, well identified with a small cone of
fries (well ... it's little ones who say this because I have struggled to finish it
so it was filled !) and ice tea house, which looks just like the iced tea that I
make at home. For 10 , so I ate organic, I enjoyed myself good and me in a very
nice and very friendly place! I also think the lovers to get tested at our next
Paris trip;)

For a quick bite or shop, scoot home and Sparrows Folks! This coffee shop is both a
delicatessen and a place to eat sandwiches, bagels and other savory tarts. I wanted
a cozy place, a little original and a craving for ham and butter also ... (Yeah).
So, I opted for this place on Yelp unearthed, so the sandwiches are super good!
Fresh bread, varied and original ingredients, drinks out very original too (lots of
organic beverages or soft drinks, forget the Coke and Sprite!), Homemade cakes ...
Big favorite for decoration but also for the wrapping the sandwich, that makes it
more chic on;)

For 10.95, I left there happy with a sandwich Prince de Paris, a giant cookie and
a cucumber-mint lemonade in the can. I shared my table with a couple of Japanese
and a French-American couple and two friends in Paris fashion shopping. Typically
the kind of things I love!

Where to shop?

I admit, my main motivation was shopping! As I'm pretty boutiques and concept
stores in Paris on Instagram, I just want to see them with my own eyes instead of
just going to drool over their pretty pictures on my iPhone.

First stop at Les Fleurs! I literally drooling in front of their Instagram account
and a passage through their shop was on my to-do list required! This is typically
the kind of girly shop that I like to have on Marseille, with designers, jewelry,
cuisine, original objects ... It's hard for me not to come away with many things,
so I've been hyper reasonable ... but I intend to stay there on my next Parisian
trips :)
