which I am desirous to work on, Synopsis for the same is also attached. Kindly guide and

 TOPIC 1: STREET CHILDREN REHABILITATION CENTRE

INTRODUCTION
The project consists of a home and learning Centre for street children of age 8-18
• Also provision of rehabilitation for drug addicts if any
• creating a healthy and positive environment with lots of open landscapes and spaces.
• Green building approaches so as the Centre can self sustain itself.
• The centre to have educational and vocational facility.
• Training programs for helping them be independent

AIM:
 To design a infrastructure which full fills all the needs of street children.
 Considering their psychology and providing a positive and healthy environment.

OBECTIVE:
1) To identify the elements of Rehabilitation centre design
2) To analyse the current needs of the street children
3) To recommend and suggestions solutions for the development of street children
rehabilitation centre.

REASON FOR SELECTING THE TOPIC:

I would like to provide them a environment which is a healthy and healing environment,
which can help them to become a independent individual with a good education and ethics.
Another most important reason is that, they are habituated in street life style. They are
habituated in the freedom of street, like to stay in group with their friend, openness of
space and very close to nature. So I can provide a green and clean environment.

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT

As in Raipur there is no rehabilitation Centre for the street children’s by doing these
project one can help the city to make the city look good and make the street children
educated and free from drug and other problems.
It will increase productivity of the city.
It will help me to learn about the rehab designing.

 TOPIC 2: DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE CUM PHYSIOTHERAPY CENTRE
INTRODUCTION
It is a centre where the various diagnosis of various diseases or conditions explains a
person’s symptoms and signs and checked. Diagnosis is a major component of the
procedure of a doctor’s visit.
And also physiotherapy centre which gives treatments of the injuries related to body
movements with the help of machineries and exercises.

AIM:
To design a diagnostic cum physiotherapy center which can withstand the needs and
wants of the people.

OBJECTIVE:
 To study the circulation pattern and traffic flow of users and machine.
 To study the interrelation of various departments
 To study services in details.

REASON FOR SELECTING THE TOPIC:

: Now a days because of increasing illness and infections we need to be more alert
for our health. In our day to day life majority of people are dealing with the major
health problems so this research became reason for selecting the topic.
It will be the center which serves all type of tests and physiotherapy treatments.
It will help me to learn more about the designing of these type of areas.

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT

As I researched that in Raipur there is vast need of the diagnostic center which also
have physiotherepy center in it.
Which will increase the productivity and also help the people when they need it.

TOPIC 3: AIR HOSTESS TRAINING INSTITUTE

INTRODUCTION

It is a training center which trains about the works related to air lines like air hostess,
cabin crew aviation, etc.
The general course duration is 6- 12 months. Some well-known air hostess diploma
courses are- diploma in air hostess training. Diploma in cabin crew/flight attendant
training. Diploma in aviation and hospitality management.

AIM:
To study about the air hostess training institutes design.
To design the infrastructure which serves proper knowledge.

OBJECTIVE:
To identify the elements of training institutes design
To analyse the needs of the institute.
To establish international level infrastructure and create facilities conducive for
Academic environment.
To Recruit well Qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty.

REASON FOR SELECTING THE TOPIC

As I have researched that in Raipur theirs is only one institute for the air hostess
training i: e frank Finn.
So there is the need of the institute so I have selected these topic for designing.

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT

As there is very less institutes for these type of training so it will help the interested
ones to get proper training.
Main ideas is to bring that facilities in these city.
It will give benefit to large number of people.
