How to Download Complete Organizational

Structure from SAP HCM in Excel format?

Solution (1):
You can get it by doing the following steps:

 Open one of the following t-codes:

o PPOMA
o PPOME
o PPOSE
 Click on Print Icon.

 Open the following path: System  List  Save  Local File 

Spreadsheet.

 Choose "Spreadsheet" option to save to your file as an Excel file or what

other option you need.

Solution (2):
You can get it by doing the following steps:
 Open one of the following t-code or program:
o S_AHR_61016528 (t-code)
o RHSTRU00 (program)
 Choose "Plan version", normally is "01" for current plan.
 Determine Object type.
 Determine the root Org Unit in Object ID.
 Choose option Today as a Reporting period or other option as required.
 Choose option "O-O-S-P" as an Evaluation Path or other option as
required.

 Click on Execute or press (F8) from keyboard.

 Press Print button and see available print options.

 You can also position the cursor on whole record and press Structural
Graphics button or press (F8) from keyboard to see the graphical view.

Solution (3):
You can get it by doing the following steps:
 Open one of the following t-code or program:
o S_AHR_61016529 (t-code)
o RHNAVIG0 (program)
Note:

No standard report in Organizational Management (OM) gives satisfactory

output (This is in my point of view - may be wrong!) You may need to
customize the report as per client's requirement.
