Brief description of the diagnosis/ surgery performed:

Acute Renal Failure (ARF), also called Acute kidney injury (AKI) is a sudden episode of
kidney failure or kidney damage that happens within a few hours or a few days. AKI causes a
build-up of waste products in your blood and makes it hard for your kidneys to keep the right
balance of fluid in your body.

Septic shock is a life-threatening condition that happens when blood pressure drops to a
dangerously low level after an infection. This reduces the amount of blood and oxygen that
reaches the body's organs, stopping them working properly. Septic shock can occur as a
complication of sepsis, a serious condition that happens when the body's reaction to an infection
damages its own tissues and organs.
Hospital-acquired pneumonia (HAP) or nosocomial pneumonia refers to
any pneumonia contracted by a patient in a hospital at least 48–72 hours after being admitted.
