Summary & General Information

Planet Chemicals Pte Ltd maintains a supplier/vendor relationship with major chemical
manufacturers and distributors to provide the non-specialty types of products described in the
above list. Planet Chemicals has partnerships and joint ventures along with intellectual property
agreements for special blending of proprietary and patented formulations described above.

Planet Chemicals will provide technical data sheets on an ongoing basis for the products described
above as requested for specific applications.

Working in conjunction with PhD chemists Planet Chemicals will provide “Fluid Design” services to
arrange a complete fluid design for a specific job application at the customer’s request. Charges for
this service will be included in the pricing of chemicals.

All products are packaged in bulk (ISO Containers of 25 metric tons each), Tote Tanks of 1000 liters
each, drums or pails. All packaging meets or exceeds internationals shipping requirements. Dry
materials are shipped on internationally approved pallets in double lined bags or in FIBC bags of one
metric ton quantity.
