ANSWER TO COMPLAINT FOR FORCIBLE ENTRY AND DETAINER
The Defendant(s) sets forth the following as the answers and responses to Plaintiff’s Complaint for Forcible
Entry and Detainer.
1. Defendant denies that the Plaintiff should have possession of the property in this case and Defendant should
be allowed to remain on the property.

Defendant admits that Plaintiff should be entitled to possession of the property in this case and Defendant
should be ordered to leave the property.
2. Defendant denies that he/she owes Plaintiff the amount of damages alleged in the Complaint for Forcible
Entry and Detainer;
