This artifact is a reward I got for being the captain on the varsity volleyball team. This
reward means a lot because I had to work really hard everyday to gain this.

Why did you choose this as one of your artifacts?

I chose this as one of my artifacts because it shows I had to be a leader on my team. It
also shows my dedication to the game.

How did your experience with this artifact change or impact you?
This artifact changed the way I view sports because in every sport there has to be a
captain that leads the team.

Did you see growth in your targeted soft skills through the course of working on this artifact?
Explain.
I saw a growth in time management because doing sports takes up a lot of your time.
While doing sports I still managed to do my homework.

Provide an example of how the skills you practiced or the knowledge you gained via this artifact
may also be used in a career in which you are interested.
These skills will be used throughout my career because I plan to communicate with my
peers and clients. I also plan to use my time management everyday by balancing out day-to-day
tasks
