ADOPTION DEED

This deed of adoption is made on the 30, January,2019 whereas I -------,

husband of ---------, age about 41 years, by religion ISLAM resident of, house,

do hereby affirms and declare as under:-

1. That I want to adopt a boy from GEHWARA with my own and free will.

2. That I will maintain him and do every act which will be necessary for

welfare of the boy and I will bear all expenditures about his education.

3. That will be writing my name in his father’s column.

4. That no other people have any objection about this adoption.

5. That the adopter has fulfilled all terms and conditions of this deed.
