REGISTERED LAWYER`S NOTICE

Under the instructions of my client Sri Dwarampudy Gangireddy,


S/o. Somireddy, residing at d.No.8-22 Perekru Village, Eragavaram
Mandal, West Godavari district I issue the following registered notice to
you :-
That my client states you are entered into a written agreement of
sale dated 28-05-2009 with my client for the property in Plot No.2 of
M.V.N. Nagar Lay out, situated in Patta No.214 (A- Block), S.No.275/D,
Adavivaram Panchyat, Narasimha Nagar, abutting to the Port stadium,
Visakhapatnam, which is mentioned in the schedule herewith annexed.

That my client states as per the terms and conditions of the said
agreement you agreed to sell away the said property to my client for total
sale consideration of Rs.35,03,970/-(Rupees Thirty Five Lakhs three
hundred nine hundred and seventy only) and received Rs.4,00,000/-
(Rupees Four Lakhs only) towards advance at the time of execution of
the said sale agreement and the receipt of the same is acknowledged by
you in the said agreement. It is further agreed that before registration
LRC is to be obtained through you from the officials of Simhachalam
devastanam by paying necessary amount to the Devestanam authorities
at the costs of my client.

That my client states that there after he requested you to take


necessary steps to take LRC from the Devastanam authorities since he is
ready to perform his pat of contract with balance sale consideration
along with the amount payable to the Simhachalam devastanam to get
LRC, you are dragging on the same on one or other pretext by making
vein promises without taking any steps to perform your part of contract.
That my client states whenever he requested and demanded you to
get it registered in the name of my client since my client is ready to
perform his part of contract, you yourself dragging on the same on one or
other pretext that you making all the necessary steps to get LRC from
simhachalm devastanam authorities and intimate the same to my client
soon after getting LRC, but there is no response form you at any point of
time and you are not making any steps to get LRC from Devasatanam
authorities and register the same in the name of my client or his
nominee.

Therefore, you are hereby called upon to receive this notice and
get ready to perform your part contract by taking steps to get LRC from
Simhachalm devastanam authorities and execute a valid registered sale
deed in the name of my client and to put my client in physical possession
of the said property since my client is ready to perform his part of
contract, failing which my client will be constrained to proceed through
process of law for specific performance of agreement of sale and other
necessary reliefs and you will be held responsible to bare all the costs
and consequences incidental thereto.

A copy of this notice is retained in my office for further course of


action.
