    Hi Atty Butch,

    We had a client who did not renew their contract with us. However, as part of his requirements
    to pay us their outstanding balance / Unpaid receivables, they wanted to send and provide a copy
    of all release and quit claim of all ARM employees assigned to them. We have provided them the
    copies but as they check, it was incomplete, there are some that were missing by a former HR
    who went AWOL. With this, we commit that we will just give them an affidavit that all ARM
    employees assigned to them already released their final claims and that if there will be a problem
    in the future that an ARM employee will ask for a final claims, we will be the one liable to them
