12 Learn-English-15-Minutes-A-Day
English is important for all of us. Nowadays, we use English at work, in our leisure
time and most importantly, when we study. Most of the content produced in the world
is in English. The most important thing when learning English is practicing. This can
be a lot more fun than you think! Here follows an agenda of what to do to improve your
English with only 15 minutes a day!
LISTENING MONDAY:
Work on your listening skills. You can watch a YouTube video. If you enjoy doing
exercises, you can choose a listening activity or any song in English that has
something to do with what you are studying at your school.
SPEAKING TUESDAY:
Try to talk in English with a friend or relative that can speak English. You can also talk
to one of your classmates on Skype. If there isn’t anyone, you can find a friend online.
If you like singing, you can sing along to your favorite songs reading its lyrics. It is a
good idea to record yourself and listen to it, afterwards, so you can correct your own
mistakes.
READING WEDNESDAY:
Read the news in English. It’s good to start with something that you already read in
your first language or even news about your country, so you already know what’s
happening. You can also look for blogs according to you interest (like fashion, games.
If you are used to reading the bible, get one in English!
GRAMMAR THURSDAY!
The best day of the week! Now it’s time to review what your teacher taught you last
class! You can also review the grammar that you do not understand very well.
You can find many Free Grammar lessons on Youtube! They also work with
vocabulary! Find exercises on Google!
FRIDAY:
Vocabulary:
Try to learn 5 new words today! Pick words that are relevant for you! Review the
vocabulary from your books and try to understand your favorite songs!
Use an online dictionary, so you can listen to the pronunciation.
ESCUCHA LUNES:
Trabaja con tus habilidades para escuchar Puedes mirar un video de YouTube. Si le
gusta hacer ejercicios, puede elegir una actividad de escuchar cualquier canción en
inglés que tenga algo que ver con lo que está estudiando en su escuela.
HABLANDO MARTES:
Intenta hablar en inglés con un amigo o familiar que sepa inglés. También puedes
hablar con uno de tus compañeros de clase en Skype. Si no hay nadie, puedes
encontrar un amigo en línea. Si te gusta cantar, puedes cantar tus canciones favoritas
leyendo sus letras. Es una buena idea grabarse y escuchar después, para que pueda
corregir sus propios errores.
LECTURA MIÉRCOLES:
Lea las noticias en inglés. Es bueno comenzar con algo que ya leíste en tu primer
idioma o incluso noticias sobre tu país, para que ya sepas lo que está sucediendo.
También puede buscar blogs de acuerdo con su interés (como moda, juegos. Si está
acostumbrado a leer la Biblia, ¡obtenga uno en inglés!

VIERNES:
Vocabulario:
¡Intenta aprender 5 palabras nuevas hoy! ¡Elija las palabras que son relevantes para
usted! ¡Repasa el vocabulario de tus libros e intenta comprender tus canciones
favoritas!
