Ending your renting lease


When you want to leave your apartment,
send us a certified letter with the return
receipt requested to the following
address:

You can also directly give it to your
intendant with a written statement
acknowledging that you have given it.

Outgoing inventory of fixtures


Your intendant is the person you need to
contact in order to leave your apartment
and organize your outgoing inventory of
fixtures (depending on his schedule).

Obligation of maintenance and repairing damages


In case you did not respect these obligations, we
will have to bill them to you. Below, you will find
a non-exhaustive list and the estimated costs
mentioned on your lease agreement.

You will receive the record of the potential
maintenance and repairing operations
that might be caused by your stay (as
explained above). A transfer of the deposit
will be executed, following the outgoing
inventory of fixtures.
