1.0 Scope and Objective:
The Objective of the Employee Referral Policy is to define a mechanism to encourage and
reward Icreonions to participate in the growth of the business through identifying
opportunities in new recruitment and refer their friends for employment opportunities in
Icreon.
In the Subject line of the mail mention the Skills and Experience
Referral Resumes should not be routed directly through managers or colleagues.
This leads to duplication. Such referrals will not be considered under the purview
of this policy.
Referral Resumes should not be sent to any of the recruiters directly.

Direct resumes sent to the above mentioned ids from non-Icreonians will be
considered direct applications and not referrals.
Resumes with less than 2 years of experience are not eligible under this scheme.
Any such resume will not be considered under this scheme, unless specifically
advertised.
All associates on the rolls of the organization are eligible for the reward, except
members of the following departments/ roles
o All team members of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
o Managers and above
The team member will be eligible for the award after Icreon hires the candidate, and both (the
referred candidate and the Icreon associate referring the candidate) are in the organization till
referral completes his/her probation period and gets his/her services confirmed.
Note: Management reserves the right to discontinue or modify this policy from time to time.
