1.0 Scope and Objective:

The Objective of the Employee Referral Policy is to define a mechanism to encourage and
reward Icreonions to participate in the growth of the business through identifying
opportunities in new recruitment and refer their friends for employment opportunities in
Icreon.

2.0 Users of the document

All associates of Icreon apart from Manager Cadre and above.

3.0 Process Description

 Ongoing Open Positions & Special Referral Drives are advertised by TA


 Referral Resume is received by Talent Acquisition team strictly at ta@icreon.com or
referrals@icreon.com
 The resume is screened and forwarded to the Recruitment SPOC who gets it
actioned based on the requirement.
 If referred resume does not match with the current requirements, that resume
becomes a part of active database.
 Whenever there is a suitable position matching the resume – the recruiter gets in
touch with the candidate and evaluates as per process.
 Shelf life of a resume sent is 1 year.

4.0 General Guidelines

 In the Subject line of the mail mention the Skills and Experience
 Referral Resumes should not be routed directly through managers or colleagues.
This leads to duplication. Such referrals will not be considered under the purview
of this policy.
 Referral Resumes should not be sent to any of the recruiters directly.

This document is the exclusive property of Icreon. Copying, distribution, electronic mail is strictly
 Direct resumes sent to the above mentioned ids from non-Icreonians will be
considered direct applications and not referrals.
 Resumes with less than 2 years of experience are not eligible under this scheme.
Any such resume will not be considered under this scheme, unless specifically
advertised.
 All associates on the rolls of the organization are eligible for the reward, except
members of the following departments/ roles
o All team members of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
o Managers and above

5.0 Reward Amount and terms of payment

 SE / SSE/ Business Analyst : Rs 10,000


 Tech Lead / Sr. Tech Lead
/ Development Manager/ Asso PM : Rs 15,000
 PM and Above : Rs 25,000

The team member will be eligible for the award after Icreon hires the candidate, and both (the
referred candidate and the Icreon associate referring the candidate) are in the organization till
referral completes his/her probation period and gets his/her services confirmed.

6.0 Special Referral program


In case of any special referral programs, the payment terms and amount will be as per the
conditions mentioned in the referral program email, approved by CXO. In such cases concerned
Recruitment Manager running the program will be required to share the information along with
approvals with HR operations for further processing.

Tax will be deducted as per Income tax guidelines.

Note: Management reserves the right to discontinue or modify this policy from time to time.
