Recast Brussels Regulation 1215/2012

General rule is

In the event of no-deal Brexit, Brussels and Brussels Recast will be revoked

declaration of non-liability may be submitted to limit jurisdiction to UK courts

Basic principle = defendant should be sued in country of domicile

Art 2 of Recast Brussels = Polska is based in Poland so should be sued in Poland

Exception of Art5 - a person can be sued in another MS if 1a) it relates to a
contract in which the MS is the place of performance
So if programmes were distributed in the UK, then can sue in UK
place of performance is Poland, unless Polska was meant to distribute programmes in
the UK which doesn't make sense
