CONCLUSIONS
• Microwave extracCon decrease the Cme of extracCon (15 - 30 min) in relaCon to
Clevenger (2.5 h) and extracCon with organic solvent aeer autolysis (6 and 24 h)
• The presence of targeted sulfur compounds and its content depends on applied
extracCon method
CONCLUSIONS
• Surface morphology scanned by SEM shows that tested sample has a compact pore
microstructure throughout the whole sample
• Pore of white mustard seeds are significantly less than pore of brown and black
mustard seeds
