Having recently obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, majoring in Accomodation and Catering
from the STP NHI Bandung, I wish to bring my knowledge, skills and commitment to excellence to
your company’s innovative environment.

Throughout my education, I’ve become equipped with the necessary knowledge with the position about
cooking methods, herb and spice, kitchen utensil, kitchen hazards, kitchen safety, personal hygiene,
prepare and process seafood, meat, lamb, chicken, poultry vegetables, satisfy also handle guest and
others.

My internship for 6 months at Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta as cook also afforded me with the crucial
skills to work with some of the best professionals in the food and beverage product industry. During the
course of my internship in cold kitchen is prepare and cook cold appetizer and hot appetizer for brunch,
breakfast, lunch in reastraurant, room service, a'la carte, wedding and meeting include many type of
salad, canape, sandwich, dressing, fruits. I am also in japanese section that include in cold kitchen
making sushi roll, japanese salad, serving sashimi, udon, tamago and bento box, stand by in booth
japanese at brunch, lunch, meeting and weeding. Prepare and cleaning all area and equipment that used
before and after work, cleaning chiller, check my personal hygiene, and always kind to guests and
coworkers.

I developed enthusiasm and passion for cooking and the internship has subsequently convinced me that
food and beverage product is my true calling and also the knowledge that I got in theory and practice
from my college was very helpful and supportive when I worked. I am practice to increase skills with
cooking many appetizer, soup, main course, dessert and make innovation in dishes, with my background
family had love to cooking I can learning many recipe specially traditional indonesian food.

I'am hard working, polite, friendly honest individual, always willing to learn new skills able work
individually and within a team. I am really love cooking thats the reason I choose my path in hospitality
industry specially in food and beverage products from vocational secondary school and college, I'm do
what I love and want to make my family proud of me with my decision to reach my dream to be
professional chef.
