    13.8 kV 13.8 kV - 115 kV Z0 = j800 ohms 115 kV - 13.2 kV 13.2 kV
    x'' = 0.15 x = 0.10 x = 0.12 x'' = 0.07
    x0 = 0.05 x0 = 0.04
