I/We are also aware that the fee structure will have an increase of 15% every two years and/or as permissible by law. That I/We will co-operate with the School management and keep the School updated regarding the health issues, if any, of my/our ward. ‘That I/We will not hold School responsible in case of any parental disputes and will not resort to any litigation involving the Schoo! nor call School representative as witness in any court of law. ‘That I/we are aware that I/we can only withdraw my/our ward from the School after giving two clear calendar months’ notice in writing before the commencement of the new term. If not, the School fees following that in which the child is withdrawn will be charged, 1/We shall fully co-operate with the school regarding the working days and holidays and shalll not request for long leave during the academic sessions.
