How to Print Screen
The print screen option for users on SAP is sometimes needed to enter information found in one infotype into
another or they need to delete information but want a screen print of what was originally entered.
1. Click on the Restore Down icon at the top right of the screen beside the SAP logo
2. Click on the Customize Local Layout icon
3. Click on Default Size (The selection list will close and go back to the SAP Easy Access Menu)
4. Click on the Customize Local Layout icon
5. Click on Hard Copy
The print screen is sent to the default printer in your customized Windows Options saved under
Devices and Printers. If you do NOT have a default printer saved the print screen option in SAP will
not work properly.
