Rule
Singular subjects need singular verbs.

Plural subjects need plural verbs.

Singular subject Singular verbs

He, She, It, Name (Singular) Is, was, has, 1 st (v),s,es,ies.

Subject ( A word which acts as singular subject)

e.g., Pakistani youth.

Plural subject Plural verbs

I, We, You, They, Name (Plural),Subject(P) Are, Were, have,1 st (V).

e.g. Pakistani yo people.
