relations and develop ways of cooperation

According to their joint interest in the ‫على‬ ‫ء‬

cultural issues, community development

Whereas the Parties have ‫حيث أن الطرفين قد‬

This protocol aims to strengthen
cooperation between the Parties within ‫هـذا‬ ‫يهدف‬

regulations.

Article (2) )2( ‫مادة‬
The cooperation between the parties is
intended in these fields: ‫يكون التعاون فيما‬
‫بين الطرفين في المجاالت‬

1) The development and promotion of ‫وتعزيز‬ ‫تنمية‬ )1
cultural and knowledge
cooperation between the two sides ‫الثقافي‬ ‫التعاون‬
in various areas of common ‫واإلعالمي‬ ‫والمعرفي‬
interest.

2) Exchange of information and ‫تبادل المعلومات‬ )2
experiences based on durable

3) Facilitate the tasks of researchers ‫مهام‬ ‫تسهيل‬ )3
and provide opportunities for

both sides to use the existing ‫الفرص لممثلي وتابعي‬
cultural and scientific amenities,
as allowed by the laws and

regulations and instructions of ‫الثقافية‬ ‫المرافق‬

books, publications, periodicals
and research from each party on a ‫والمطبوعات‬

 5) Any other areas of cooperation
agreed by the parties in the future.
Article (3)
For the purposes of achieving the
objectives of this Protocol, the Parties
shall constitute a joint working group to
coordinate and manage the various
activities agreed between the parties, and
the parties shall determine later the
names and qualities of the members of
this team and its working mechanism, in
accordance with mutual correspondences
between them in this regard.
Article (4)
The parties -in their respective
capacities- will assume all expenses
resulting from the application of these
arrangements and the activities carried
out within its framework, unless the
parties agree otherwise, subject to the
rules in this regard and the financial
resources availability.
Article (5)
The implementation of the joint
activities planned under this Protocol
shall be in accordance with timetables to
be agreed upon between the parties in the
future.

Article (6) )6( ‫مادة‬
This protocol is merely an expression
of the wish of the parties in the future ‫يعد هذا البروتوكول‬
cooperation between them, and do not ‫م جرد ت ع ب ير عن ر غبــة‬
constitute any obligation of any kind,
either current or future, on any of them.

Article (7) )7( ‫مادة‬
The parties shall consider when
implementing this protocol or perform ‫يراعي الطر فان ع ند‬

and requirements.

Article (8) )8( ‫مادة‬
Any disagreement or dispute that may
arise between the parties regarding the ‫أي خالف أو نزاع قد‬

provisions of this Protocol shall be settled
amicably between them.

The provisions of this protocol may be

included in a special supplement attached
to this Protocol, and considered as an

Article (10) )10( ‫مادة‬
This Protocol shall enter into force on
the day of its signature, and this ‫هـــذا‬ ‫يـــدخـــل‬
Agreement is valid for a period of One ‫البروتوكول حيز النفــاذ‬

year from the date on which it enters into
force and shall be renewed automatically
for similar period or periods unless written
notification is received by one of the
parties expressing the willing to terminate
this protocol (3) months before the date
of expiry.
The application of this Protocol will
not affect the completion of the existing
programs or activities, unless the parties
agree otherwise.
Done in date 2016, in
two original copies in Arabic and English
Language, both being authentic.
