Association: I have worked with Lisa for 9 months. We work with students one-on-one or in
small groups to help them better understand school assignments in the class. She has helped and
trained me to become familiar with students needs in the classroom. We both assist students with
assignments, guide them through the process and ensure they are able to grasp some of the
material. Lisa is excellent with the students and their needs.

Association: Ashley and I have worked together for 9 months. She is a Behavioral
Interventionist, but she also works with small groups of 3 students at time. When Ashley steps
away from her duties I help her with whatever she needs and assist her students with care and
understanding. I have learned to have empathy working in an extended resource room and I have
gained knowledge of the expectations.
