HOW TO USE

Voucher Usage
Scan the QR code on your mobile voucher or the
printed voucher to enter the gate directly

One way journey QR Code: the QR Code must be

used within 90 days from the date of purchase

Roundtrip journey QR Code: The first journey must

be made within 90 days from the date of purchase,
whereas the second journey must be made within 30
days from the date of the first journey

Roundtrip QR Codes entitle the passenger to two

Airport Express journeys. The passenger must use
the same QR Code to travel to and from the
designated station

Passengers using the Free In-town Check-in service

should use the same QR Code for the service
beforehand

Child tickets are only applicable to children aged 3-

11 and you may be asked to present a valid passport
or similar proof by MTR staff

To prevent unauthorized use, please do not share

the QR code to others

How It Works:
From the Airport: No ticket required for boarding
from the airport! When you reach your destination
station, scan the QR code and pass through the gate
directly

From City: Simply scan your QR Code and enter

through the gate directly

Most airlines offer a check-in service at the station
so you can check your bags in at Hong Kong or
Kowloon Station from 90 min up to one full day
before your scheduled flight, meaning you can fit in a

train (car 1 or 7) to use the free in-seat laptop and
