Introduction

• The home security system designed in this

project is IOT based Project,
• we will build a Home Security System
• using PIR Sensor and PI camera.
• It will detect the presence of Intruder
• And quickly alert the user by sending him a alert
mail.
Problem statement

• The various drawbacks of existing technologies

are costly.
• Our system will resolve various security issues
like
• unauthorized intruder
• entry,fire
• detection,etc
Literature survey
Existing system
• burglar alarms, fire alarms andsurveillance
camera are the most common home security
devices.
• Disadv-:
• The system is complex
• is difficult to implement
• expensive
Proposed system
• The project consists of triple-
layeredarchitecture.
1. Motion detection
2. Actions are processes/initiated as per the
python script.
3. Actions are executed,
i.e., sending the recorded video to the user via
email and alert through text message.
