Mr. Sinurat has a proven record of teaching, training and consulting experiences and
exposure to different cultures behind him, as he held several positions at various

Mr Sinurat has more than 10.000 hours of teaching in addition to his consulting experience
and practicing manager. His client list include PT Phillip Morris Indonesia, PT Jasa Marga, PT

Budi Utomo is a senior associate staff of PT Samchads Consulting Indonesia. Obtained his
degree in Civil Engineering and master degree from ITB, Bandung. He then worked for about 6
years to LPPM. He has extensive experience working as a consultant and a trainer. Then he
moved to be a training facilitator to a multi national company. His current post to this company
is as a Logistic Manager.
Desmon G completed his Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering at ITB and his Master's
Degree in Manufacturing and Industrial Technology at Massey University, New Zealand. Since
1990, he has been in the working field of ranging from Banking, Capital Market and, in
particular in 2001 onwards, Productivity Improvement and Behavior Change (PIBC). Various
companies in different industries have been introduced by the concept of PIBC since 2001,
either during the process of Business Development or while involving in matrix supervision on
ongoing PIBC Implementation Analyses & Projects.
