1. JOB DETAILS:
Position Title: Associate Vice President
Reporting To: Director – Finance and Accounts
Department: Finance and Operations

Location: Chennai

that impact low income households. These include rural & urban micro finance institutions, retail NBFCs, and

3. JOB OBJECTIVE:
The Associate Vice president will be primarily responsible for Review of Books of Accounts, Monthly MIS
preparation, review monthly performance reports partner wise and advise to management about collection,
creation of standard templates for various data points.

4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Description

• Review books of accounts maintained

• Strong understanding on accounting standards
• Aid in preparation of financials under I GAAP and IFRS
• Support in providing various information with auditors
• Support month end and year end closing of books
• Monthly MIS preparation
• Review of reconciliation between own books and partner books
• Preparation of performance reports each partner wise
• Well versed with MS office
• Ability to manage and lead a team and interact with senior team members
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and understanding their requirements for effective execution
• Having good understanding on various statutory requirements and ensure timely compliance.
• Handling customer queries and addressing them on time

5. SPECIFICATIONS: QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES:

Minimum Qualifications:
• Commerce Graduate/ Post graduate in commerce – MBA, M Com, B Com
• Semi qualified CA/ CWA/ CA Fresher with good article ship experience

 Minimum Experience:
• Minimum 2 to 4 years relevant experience in accounting NBFC / financial services industry.

Skills Required:

• Understanding of accounting, payment processing and related tax aspects including GST, TDS
• Understanding about statutory compliances, return fling
• Interpersonal and effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to stretch oneself and work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet
deadlines
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, self-motivated individual having an ability to work individually and
as part of a team
