Considering the request of every one, as discussed with the management, following are the revised
rates for hiring of TATA Sumo & Qualis vehicles at sites w e f 01.02.16.

With above revised rates, all are requested to hire good vehicles with proper documents.
All Admin & Accounts in charges are informed to collect periodically the following documents:
For white board – RC, Life time tax paid receipt, valid Insurance & emission certificates
For yellow board – RC, valid insurance, tax paid receipt, permit, FC & emission certificates

Revised work order may be prepared w e f 01.02.16. Pl make sure that the WO & billing should be in the
name of the Registered owner only. Any deviation in rates will be viewed seriously.

With the above revised rates, next revision of rates will be only after 2 years from 01.02.16.

Rest of the terms & conditions will continue as per the existing work order.

Subject: Revision of hire charges w r t hired Sumo & Qualis at sites_01.06.15

Dear all

This is in continuation of discussion Mr. Shanthakumar & self had with most of the Sumo/Qualis owners
provided the vehicles at sites.
As represented by them that they can’t able to maintain with hire charges being paid by us (i.e., TATA
Sumo Rs.17,750/- &
Qualis Rs. 18,750/-) per month. This is mainly because of the non availability of drivers due to OLA &
other similar service
Providers, increase in cost of spares, consumables & service charges.

After 2 rounds discussion & negotiation, finally, it has been accepted the following revised rates w e f
01.06.15

TATA Sumo – Rs. 20,000/- per month.

Qualis – Rs. 21,000/- per month.

The above rates are subject to the following conditions accepted by them.

1. The hired vehicles should be 2005 & above models either Vecta or SE +
2. All hired vehicles should be yellow board only. For the same we have given time for 15 days to
replace white board vehicles
3. Log book should be entered proper actual kms.
4. Documents should be submitted to site Admin as & when the road tax & insu is paid on or
before due date , fitness certificate etc.,
5. Rest of the terms & conditions will continue as per the existing work order

Under the above terms & conditions, revised work order may be prepared w e f 01.06.15.

Next rate revision will be after 2 years.
