 DECLARATION
POLICY
The law governing the management and utilization of
Forest Lands is PD 705 known as Revised Forestry
Code of the Philippines which was issued on May 19,
1975. The law places emphasis not only on the
utilization of forest resources but more so on the
protection, rehabilitation and development of forest
lands, in order to ensure the continuity of their
productive condition.
