 AICF Registration for 2019-2020:

All Participants must be register with AICF. Those who are already registered with AICF must show
proof thereof. Those who are not registered with AICF can get registered online by paying a fees of
Rs. 250/- Before the start of the event. Fresh AICF Registration can be done at
http://aicf.in.online-player-registration . New Players need scanned passport size photo, Birth
certificate and valid E-mail address (Unique).

AMCA Registration for 2019-2020:

AMCA registration is compulsory for Maharashtra Players. Those who are not registered with AMCA
can get registered online by paying fees of Rs. 150/-before the start of the Event. Fresh AMCA
registration can be done at http://www.mahachess.com. New Players need scanned passport size
photo, Birth certificate and valid E-mail address (Unique).

Appeal Committee:

Before the commencement of the tournament, an appeal committee will be formed from the
participant in the players meeting. The Decision of appeal committee will be final & binding to all.

Protest:

Protest, if any, against the decision of the Chief Arbiter should be in writing with a protest fee of
Rs. 1000/- within 15 min. of occurrence the incident to the appeal committee. Protest fees will be
refunded if Appeal Upheld.

Sharing of Prizes:

Prizes will not be shared. A player can get one prize of higher prize.

General Instructions:

 Managers, Coaches & Parents should keep away from players during the round.
 Please note that participants should take proper care to protect their own valuables like
Cash, Gold ornaments, Chess Clocks, Mobile Phones Etc. The Organising Committee is not
responsible for any such loss.
 Organisers reserve right to make any necessary changes during conduction of the
Tournament
 No player will be allowed to leave tournament hall without permission of Chief Arbiter
 To Claim prize player should be present in tournament hall
 Parents and Coaches should stay away from playing area
 Wrist Watch, Fitness Band or any type of sound emitting devices are strictly prohibited
