Meeting Objectives:
1. To reach a consensus on the following agenda:
a. Proposed schedule changes
b. Position/stand on beer houses near Xavier University
2. To lay out significant points for discernment and action

1. Opening

The President commenced the meeting with a roll call of colleges. The agenda were
then opened for consultation: (a) proposed schedule changes (to revise class
meetings to M-TH, T-F, and make Wednesday a free day), and (b) position/stand on
beer houses near Xavier University. Initial feedbacks were raised regarding the first
agendum, such as if it was the case, the laboratory time period which requires 3
hours must be drawn from merging subjects. Additionally, the time lapse (e.g.
Monday discussion continues to Thursday) may impede memory retention of
students. The President called for a break out by colleges to facilitate small-group
discussions, to be followed with a reporting by them.
