31-03 Working in Planes - G19

In three related exercises (31-01, 31-02 and 31-03), the subject of plane selection is the focus. The objective is to
understand the differences between planes, particularly when circular interpolation and cutter radius offset are part
of the CNC program.

ò In order to complete the exercise, follow these instructions:

1. Make a complete program for one toolpath in the direction of A-B-C-D-E-F in YZ plane

2. Make a complete program for one toolpath in the direction of F-E-D-C-B-A in YZ plane

3. Use the JK vectors in circular interpolation (calculate from given coordinates)

4. Use cutter radius offset for both toolpaths
