A1 State your understanding of your main duties and responsibilities.

Taking responsibilities of the module assign to me, understanding the requirements clearly by discussing it with
the team to start the development process and delivering on time with almost 90% of bug free build.

A2 Discussion points:

1. Has the past year been good/bad/satisfactory or otherwise for you, and why?

The previous year has been good for me. I have learnt many new things in this company. I feel immense
pleasure to be the part of this rising domain. I am contented with all the perspectives of the company but still I
want to learn more so as to excel in this competitive era.

2. What do you consider to be your most important achievements of the past year?
Understanding the US Health Care Domain and being able to deliver the requirements on given time. I have been
given Opportunities to work on new technologies and new components and I have made the good use of it. To
pick some of them are PDFReader, Navicure Domain files of 837,835,277,997 and Amazon S3 to console app. I
am trusted the developer by my TeamLead who can get the work done on time.

3. What do you like and dislike about working for this organisation?
I like this organization because of very healthy environment, Good supportive seniors and colleagues. I like the
fact that my seniors and colleagues are open to discussions and there by end up having a good conversation on
the topic which helps me understand the concepts which I have not understood so far.

4. What elements of your job do you find most difficult?


I believe that I need to improve on the jquery programming , writing linq queries and database logic queries.

5. What elements of your job interest you the most, and least?
I see myself as a passionate, professional and dedicated employee, and prospects like high-pressure deadlines,
cooperation among colleagues, transparency and opportunities at work, which I get at my job to exhibit the
above qualities interest me the most. I appreciate working and achieving as a team.
Least interesting elements – none as of now.
6. What do you consider to be your most important aims and tasks in the next year?

The most important task that faces me is the ability to perform my duties as efficiently in the future,
with the expectations of continued growth. My aim is to continue working hard and do my best to deliver
more diligent and valuable work for the benefit of the Company in the coming year.

7. What action could be taken to improve your performance in your current position by you, and your boss?

To improve my performance I would like to learn more about technology by joining online courses so that I get
some more knowledge that will be helpful for the company.

8. What kind of work or job would you like to be doing in one/two/five years’ time?

I would like to continue to upgrade my skills and experience in various technologies to help achieveing my career
goals.

9. What sort of training/experiences would benefit you in the next year? Not just job-skills - also your natural
strengths and personal passions you'd like to develop - you and your work can benefit from these.
1. I would like to take training on programming skills(logics) at advanced level.
2. Opportunity to work database architecture.
3. Opportunity to learn new technologies from the world of coding and implement them in my project to make
my company proud of its developers.
