Other Student-Level Information: What other student-level information does your school collect?
Attendance Ethnicity Enrolled programs (gifted, special education, ELL) Medical conditions/alerts
Gender Discipline Free and Reduced Lunch Home/Native Language
Data Wish List: Are there any other types of assessment data you would like to see your school collect and use to improve instruction?

From my observation, my school has already collected enough internal and external data from students. The next step is to systematically train all the
teachers on how to access, interpret, and analyze the data. The administration should build protocols to hold all the teachers accountable for effective
assessment data usage while the teachers should communicate how they have successfully and continue to utilize data to drive their classroom
instructions.
