Notice regarding PPS/PPR for ODD Semester Examinations 2018-2019

It is hereby notified to all the students, affiliated colleges and Departments of the University that the
Forms of PPS/PPR for the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th semesters 2018-2019 of all UG/MCA/MBA programs
will be available online from 18th March, 2019. The competent authorities are also requested to take
initiative to inform the students and act accordingly.

PPS/PPR Application Forms will be available in the website 18th March, 2019
www.makautexam.net
Last date of on line submission of PPS/PPR Application Forms by 25th March, 2019 (up to 5:00 pm)
the students
Submission of the hard copy of the Application Forms (already 18th March 2019 to 27th March 2019
submitted online) & Original Grade Cards to the
College/Department of the University along with a fee of Rs. 200/-
per subject by the students
Verification of the online forms by the competent authorities of 30th March to 3rd April 2019
Colleges/Departments of the University in their respective
Members Area

Submission of the verified online application report by 2nd to 4th April 2019
Colleges/Departments of the University duly certified by the Head (11am to 3pm)
of the Institute/Head of the Departments is to be submitted by the
Colleges/ Departments of the University to the office of the COE,
MAKAUT, WB, Salt Lake Campus along with the original Grade
Cards of the students and Fees**

The each page of the report must be seal and signed by the Head of
the Institute/Head of the Departments of the University.

**The affiliated colleges must submit the total fee from students to be paid by a single Demand
Draft drawn issued in favor of MAKAUT, WB payable at Kolkata. No cash will be accepted.
