This is in response to your letter I received about the cancellation of contract between M/s
Silver Mine and Doris Templeton.
I am personally shocked after having received your letter. While signing the contract, we
had never expected for such a turn of events to take place.

During the signing of the contract, we were under the impression that Mrs. Doris Templeton
being the Executive Secretary, was dealing on behalf of Key Printing Inc. and was authorized
to sign the deal. We were able to trust and loan our machine only because it was to be
delivered to your company. Also we would like to bring into your notice that the contract
was signed on fair terms and our company purchased silver flakes at the market price. We
had absolutely no intention of abetting the illegitimate deal and ourselves wish to nullify
this as soon as possible.

We understand your concerns in cancelling the contract. But if you want we can resign a
fresh official contract with your company through right channels. I am attaching details for a
possible contract along with this mail.

We will also look into the matter so as to be alert to avoid any further misunderstandings in
future.
