Dear People,

I am getting through to many of you. And many of you are helping people see reality and the
way the bankers are losing their grip on us. I want to tell you about the letter that Jesse
White, the Secretary of State of Illinois, sent me today. I will show you a copy at the end of
this tweet.
Jesse White was trying to say that the way I bankrupted Barack Obama and Christine
Lagarde was not valid. Jesse White forgot to mention anything about how I bankrupted him.
So I am sending Jesse an answer, telling him WHAT HE SAID WAS WRONG. You can see
that good old Jesse is worried, or he wouldn't have bothered. Jesse is right to be worried. We
are in charge, and we are going to clean up the corruption in the world's money, slowly, but
surely.

Re: Administrative Action Concerning UCC Record #20736496

Dear Sirs,

I refer to your letter dated April 9, 2019 requesting documentation supporting the above-
referenced lien against Barack Obama, et al. and Christine Lagarde.
Please be advised that 810 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/9-501.1 (a) does not apply by virtue of
subsection (k), because the UCC was filed by "a representative of a regulated financial
institution." A "regulated financial institution" is an institution subject to regulatory
oversight by a federal agency. The World Bank, which administers the trust called the
"Global Debt Facility", is subject to regulatory oversight of the National Advisory Council on
International Monetary and Financial Policies. I filed UCC Record #20736496 as a
representative of and on behalf of the World Bank's Board of Governors. Pursuant to Article
V, Section 2 of the World Bank's Articles of Agreement, "All the powers of the Bank shall be
vested in the Board of Governors."
