Yes, because I do not usually eat junk food

and if I do it is little, although before I ate a

lot of junk food. Now I exercise regularly to

lose weight

I exercise regularly, 4 times a week

I really like chicken and vegetables

Yes, I go to bed early, although there are days when I'm not sleepy and I fall
asleep very late.

 How can you improve your lifestyle?

Eat a lot of healthy foods and exercise every day, be at peace with your
family, be responsible and live life.
