MINUTES OF THE MEETING

I. INTRODUCTION:
Parent-Teacher Association is one of the most significant organization in the community.
The vital role signifies good partnership in terms of the implementation of the programs
and projects in the school itself. The school itself could not stand alone without the help of
the PTA officials.

II. OBJECTIVES:
1. To promote harmonious relationship.
2. To utilize as functional partner of the school stakeholders.
3. To help the school for the implementation of the programs and projects.

III. AGENDA:
1. School Financial Report
2. Oath Taking of Board of Directors
3. Recognition of Academic Excellence Awardees and Perfect Attendance Awardees
4. First Quarter Card Giving

IV. HIGHLIGHTS:
The meeting started at 1:00 in the afternoon. A prayer was given by Dr. Mary Jane M.
Gonzales, principal, before directly going to the meeting proper. Financial report of the
school was first discussed. Dr. Mary Jane, mentioned the expenditures of the school for the
past second quarter of the year. Here, she further discussed where the school’s MOOE was
allotted. Then, students from different grade levels were recognized for their excellence in
terms of academics and attendance. Students were called on stage together with their
respective advisers and parents to receive their certificates as a proof of their academic and
attendance excellence for the whole first quarter. It was followed then by oath taking of the
members of the Board of Directors. the last part of the activity/ meeting was allotted for the
giving of the report card to the parents of the students

The activity ended at exactly 4:00 pm.
