package or customary freight unit as per U.S. Carriage of Goods by Sea Act,
1936), unless the Merchant declares a higher cargo value below and pays the
Carrier's ad valorem freight rate (see also clauses 51 A, 5 II 4 and 9.2, on the
reverse side hereof).

shipper to comprise the Goods specified above, for carriage subject to all the
terms hereof (INCLUDING THE TERMS ON PAGE 1 HEREOF AND TERMS OF
THE LINE'S APPLICABLE TARIFF) from the place of receipt or the port of
loading, whichever is applicable, to the port of discharge or the place of delivery,
whichever is applicable. In accepting this Express Cargo Bill the Merchant
expressly accepts and agrees to all its terms, conditions and exceptions whether
printed, stamped or written, or otherwise incorporated, not withstanding the non-
